Never-say-die: you have made the case for having our own investment bankers on board to value the company in the event of a sale. If we enter negotiations without our own bankers we'll risk not maximizing shareholder value...one thing is certain: the purchaser's investment bankers will certainly have performed their own analysis of what they should pay for the company.
