You don't sell this sort of enterprise to a sophisticated buyer by saying, look at our great science, make me an offer.

You have to have a buttoned up market analysis, marketing projections based on sound research of your markets, sales projections and earnings projections. Without these basics in place Mdedizone nor anybody else has any idea what the company is worth or anything to base an asking price on. I'm not talking about Medizone taking on the marketing of their product themselves. I'm talking about what it take to market this company to a prospective sophisticated buyer. If you leave these steps to a prospective buyer you're at the mercy of their numbers. If anyone thinks these steps aren't crucial, please tell me just how you would value the company?
