Take alook at TIV . OIL and Gold company combine in one. Company is loaded with cash so no diluting. conference meeting coming on weds. This company is producing oil already and drilling for more. Since oil price is up, their revenue will be automatic higher in Q1

2003-2005 it went $1 to $15 . 2009, it went .50 to 3.50 and fell because of some court issue regarding to oil property rights. End of 2010 they won the court case and 2011 the starting drilling for oil again. Its gonna explode to a few dollars and potential to go double digits if all goes right
