That and the time costs. I know that difference isn't between the pinks and private, but adds to the reasons why in my opinion they will never uplist. Why the NASDAQ carrot? If I were Ferris, I would want Virtra to be private, and believe that it is a goal. The unknowns for me are how many of those extra authorized shares are they going to use to accomplish that goal, versus, how many are they going to buy. They have too far to go if they are only going to buy shares.
