Really, again? Lol. CUBV has had 3 bill authorized shares since it went public and your telling me it's made it this far and right before they are to report financials they start diluting. Your absolutely right, that seems like the most logical explanation to me. It can't be that they reported they were going to file financials late, and the fact that the stock starting falling at exactly the same time this happened. How many companies do you know have maxed out there authorized shares? To me that would be much more concerning than having no where near the amount of issued shares compared to authorized. Now I might be wrong in saying this, but I was taught that the greater the gap between authorized shares and outstanding shares was most of the time a good thing to see in a developing company. It is a sign that the company has an established financial foundation.

I'm trying to pump this company, but IMO after doing some DD and with financials due to be released Monday, I'm confident next week will be a very good week for CUBV.

I still can't figure out why there are always the same few select ppl that roam around the stock boards preaching pump and dump and dilution and post it like it is a fact and they are simply trying to help those less experienced. I like to stick to legitimate facts and when I am voicing my opinion I want ppl to know it is just that.

And then your going to take a post that someone posted with no evidence of being able to back it up and say that oh that proves that CUBV is diluting? Unless I have something legitimate to go by his post is opinion just like most other posts. Far from a fact to prove a hypothesis.
