"Salamon Group Inc. (OTCBB:SLMU), today announced that the due diligence process has been completed and expects to advance to the closing phase of its reverse merger with Sunlogics Power Fund Inc. shortly.

It's easier to buy a shell than to open and IPO, assuming they don't have skeletons in the closet. What worries me is this has been in the "closing stages" for nearly 3 1/2 months. Since Jan, 21st.
