The already slow FDA is only going to get slower if the Govt. shutdown does happen. Some say, the shutdown is fictitious and we would be back up and running on Monday. I hope that is the case. Back-logging otherwise regular work across the whole country could slow down the already shaky economy....

What happened to the March 31st decision from FDA ? What happened to the April 3rd investor update newsletter ? When I got into BIEL, I knew waiting for FDA approval to kick start things would be frustrating. I entered, nevertheless. Regretting it a bit now... If FDA had to approve it, they would have already as Health Canada. They'll find one more way to delay the process another 3 months and then another.... and then we truly and wholly will be bagholders.

Health Canada approved their product. But did we set the Canadian markets on fire ? I think this company has more issues apart from just FDA approval and one of those issues is direction from the top and capital on hand ! Wish I get at least a break-even...
