OPG Answers: Well David, they are most likely going to pay for it with funds out of the operating budget, my man. You see, since your departure about 5 years ago from the former owner company, COWI has actually functioned like an Enterprise for Profit operation. Of course, they are still trying to recover from Dorkville and other good South Florida Golf Course Ideas, but things have improved greatly regardless.
