HSCC HUGE NEWS 75% Reduction in AS from 1 billion down to 250 Million! That's 750 million share reduction. The OS is 189mil 132mil of that restricted 57mil float. And of that 10mil have been bought back by the company in last 2 years. That leaves 47 mil and of that about 35 mil are owned by 12-15 strong traders.
