There was a special divi and if it showed up then there was divi. The pr was released that if the pps should fall to .10 per share then EIGH reserves the right to cancel the divi. The pps did fall to .10 per share, so the divi was canceled that day. The first pr stated that a special divi would be paid and stated for .10, but it never stated it for .10 per share.
