Yes, I did read the filing. And I read and understood it correctly.

The default letter was signed on March 10 by John Salamon but the actual filing was signed and submitted by John Salamon on April 6. There is nothing to indicate that the default was remedied prior to the date of the filing.

The filing shows that 2.3 million shares were gifted on March 16, not 1.34 million shares as you claim.

The reportedly gifted shares bear no relationship to the payment that was supposed to be made under the payment schedule forming part of the Dec. 7, 2010, agreement.
