Did you read it? It was signed on March 10th by John Salamon. Then on the 16th 1.34 million shares were gifted out. So who was the gift too? The payment was supposed to be 85k in Canadian money which equals around 89k in US money. So 89k dollars = .066 a share that was paid out. So basically, he would have got a better deal at the current PPS. Remember two dates, the 10th which was the letter date, and the 16th the day the gift was issued.
