This is an important 'fact' to remember how all this was able to occur. DTCC is responsible for allowing this to happen. It is how and when Megas responded to the identity theft from his advisory/counsel panel to proper authorities(SEC,DTCC, and I will even say later to SFC) that really has BCIT in its current state, revoked, delisted and not trading.

The truth is out ther somewhere.
