"between the company defrauded..and the meatheads who did the fraud."One more time,don`t forget the third party which is DTCC whose authorized the shares to flood the market and cleared them without making their own job to verify validity of these securities.
DTCC Guilty of laxity in their fiduciary responsabilities.
