He can only Voice his opinion. By making a threat to Drive it down to "05's". Publicly manipulates other investors decision making. Based on his personally feelings. Not only did he state It was a promise. He can voice how much he hates the DR bob. All day.

As far as the side effects from his dump. You make my point clearer. After huge drop and, public threat, "promise" . Stating what he did to the PPS . Made SOME other people start to sell as well, that follow this board.
