Absolutely right he is free to sell whenever. Not free to tell people publicly he will send this thing to "05's" If company doesn't follow Thru.
Why not? He is not an insider or a large shareholder(comparatively). He can say whatever he wants. There are no laws that can keep him from liquidating his position, the fact that the PPS drops because of it is just a side-effect.
