The Company plans to file in the first calendar quarter of 2011



The first calendar quarter (Jan 1. - Mar 31.) is specified... therefore as far as the PR implied, we are currently awaiting the acceptance of the registration by the SEC. They have 53 more days in their self-imposed window to let us know when we will be trading again.

I have not yet gotten a response from Bobbie to my e-mail, so that is the only fact I can go on at this time.
