SS CHANGED AND MR. OTTEN'S RESPONSE

Please see my posts from last night on the updated SS and CEO's response. Make of it what you will. There is no confusion for me. If you don't trust me, email the TA and CEO for yourself.

Mr. Otten's response here:

SS Changed here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61755507

He said on 3/21/11 in the SSLC LOI "The investment is all cash and will not include AppTech issuing any new stock to SSLC" found here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61162708

And here is the CEO's Update PR from March 17th "There are no plans whatsoever for a reverse split for AppTech. Recently 2 billion shares were returned to treasury as a result of the rescission of a previous agreement. We have reissued some shares mostly for acquisitions but these are 144 shares that are restricted for one year from the date of issue. Our basic share structure has not changed since the beginning of the year. There is no basis for the concern regarding dilution."--------This was before the "SSLC" PR. So they issued 144 shares prior to the SSLC LOI.

I think it's misleading to say what he said on 3/17, then turn around and say "The investment is all cash and will not include AppTech issuing any new stock to SSLC". Maybe he should have said he plans to sell shares to gain the cash especially after saying what he said only 4 days earlier......So after the SSLC LOI PR they sold about 600M shares to acquire the "strategic investment" with SSLC, in my opinion. Now I'll need proof from the CEO that this is true by putting out another PR that states he sold the 600M shares to gain cash for this investment. Maybe then I'll have regained a little confidence in him.
