Dear Mr. XXXXXX:

We did increase the number of outstanding shares in the past two weeks. Mr XXXXX we have to issue shares in order to make acquisitions and raise cash in order to operate. Please believe me I do not make one penny out of issuing more shares. Any money raised goes right back to the company. When I decide on issuing more shares it is because I firmly belive it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Please tell me, how do most public companies grow? Because they issue more shares
to make acquisitions. Do not allow yourself to be scared by the bashers who cry "dilution". Look at the industry and businesses that AppTech is pursuing. We are probably in the one of the hottest business around: smartphone applications.

Well, I guess here is the reason! No specific info just acquisitions!

Also, I emailed him back and asked for an update on SSLC!
