I'm clinging in case a group is manipulating the share price down for a better gain if the coal subsidiary is sold...

The debtors have no reason to sell any shares if a deal that was in the works has a chance of closing within the 90 days alloted because they could be losing money by not waiting...

The share count has not been updated since Feb., 2011 in the I-box...

The share count hasn't been update at the otcmarkets.com site for a long time...

A potential, diligent buyer might have the coal mine closed for thorough inspections before any closing and spending money...Because they might be putting in another production crew after a closing, if it occured, anyway...

Under other circumstances the notification of late filing of the 10K from Friday that said there would be substantial differences in the results from the previous year could have been touted as being potentially good for the share price...

Or the company could be desperate...No wagers from me without some new filing confirmation either way...LJ

Gee Beav, rithmatic isn't usually this hard to read!
