The VOXR Story.....

OK to clarify what's going on....

1) I bought into VOXR a month ago on a low float play, but after doing some research on the stock thought it would do all of us well if one of us was actually proactive in the shell world and tried to get a private company into VOXR.

2) I contacted the VOXR CEO Joseph Torkan to find out more about the shell, he said he was in control of it after someone by the name of Joseph Arcaro fraudulently tried to take it over. Hence the recent changes on the Utah SOS. Torkan also told me $200,000 dollars was placed into the shell at some point during this process, but not by him. I called Paul Moxley, he said it wasn't him. It seemed to me like the fraudulant party was trying to clean up the shell even more, makes sense to me.

3) From there I contacted three reverse merger consultants. Remember folks, R/M's happen all of the time, and I mean really really often, so I wasn't shocked to hear back from all three.

a) The very first to contact me was The IR Firm http://www.theirfirm.com who said they have a candidate that is in the gold mining business and that it was out of Colorado. This is the one that we have all been talking about. I gave The IR Firm VOXR's contact info, and they gave the information to Paul Enright, who is the guy who owns the private company looking for a shell out of Colorado. Paul talked to Torkan with initial discussions last week and Torkan asked for an email with documents etc....in the meantime, The IR Firm sent me and Torkan a non-disclosure form to sign to talk freely about the possible transaction. I declined because I don't want to be an insider. I gave Torkan the non-disclosure. At this point in time there have been initial discussions, but no major movement on the deal as Paul has not sent the documents yet. Will he? Who knows? That is the point we are at. The gold operation has always been a candidate, never guaranteed, which is obvious and has been posted many many times. Everything I just wrote has been posted before, I'm just summarizing. Oh, and DD shows Paul Enright to be associated with Marine Exploration.

b) The second place to reply to me was http://gopublic.com

c) The third was Artfield Investments

http://www.artfieldinvestments.com/public_shell_wanted

4) So basically this is a shell, with a tiny float, and has 3 R/M consultants ready, but I've yet to pass VOXR's info on to b and c as I told a I would let that play out first, makes sense o me....

5) As to why VOXR has let its pristine shell sit for 6 years without aggressively seeking a R/M is beyond me, this is why I got really proactive. I am trying to find out concretely if Paul Enright is not interested. As soon as I know that I'll pass VOXR's info off to b, then c. Get it?

6) In the meantime, I will buy, sell, hold and trade whatever shares I own of VOXR whenever I want. You should do the same. This is not a scam, its a shell stock showing signs of life. I am absolutely the person who started talking about the gold operation, but thats only the case because it was offered as a candidate right out of the gate, and it still is a candidate. It wasn't until today that I finally figured out the Paul Enright connection to MEXP. What else do you want me to say? Perhaps one of you would like to talk to Artfield Investments or GoPublic and try to see what they can offer and get more candidates involved. As a shareholder of a shell you can absolutely do those types of things and if you have put substantial money in you ought to be doing it right away. Put it this way, if the 50 or so of us in this shell were proactive we could get this thing done ASAP. As it is, it takes time, and the gold mine candidate is very real, yet there is no movement just yet. Will I see this process through to its completion? I don't know, maybe, maybe not. I bought a lot of shares in the 30s and 60s and down below .05.

With this notice, I am going quiet here as I'd like others to step up to the plate as a shareholder. As we all have seen, this stock runs fast, with any news it will be explosive, I'll check in a bunch, and no, as of this writing I have not sold off my position.

I am the Carl Ichan of shell stocks.
