Kidd isnt anything to do with BDVI.
And Kidd diluted a total of 100 million shares in the 18 months prior to GRWW being sold , and becoming BDVI.. HARDY a notorious scumbag CEO... Kidd could've diluted billions and billions and did a couple RS's in that time...

Kidd had a solid shell. And he sold it to a solid company.
