You are right, but slime (especially pink slime) has a way of slipping through the fingers of the law...

The post of the continuance filing was a very educational document.

I still am not convinced of JD's altruistic motives, but I am convinced that DB was (imo) pink Slimeball-of-the-year.

I would love to see DB, et al, serve time and have to make restitution of the money he stole from QASP. Not likely to happen, but I would love to see it.

I wonder how shareholders would feel about a 1:4 R/S merger if QASP again had $10,000,000 in the company coffers. That of course is purely hypothetical since I am sure that DB has made sure that none of that could be recovered. May be a RAT, but a smart rat!
