1) the stock price has gone to nothing,
2) the Corporation seems to no longer care about shareholders,
3) the scammers have defrauded the shareholders,
4) the Corporation does not seem to care about being raped by the scammers and
5) the SEC and their regulatory & law enforcement colleagues do not seem to be proactive in locking up the scammers.
Maybe we have run out of disaster scenarios.
