check out the USFM board it's an absolute no brainer! between the new CEO Jin Farooquee http://linkd.in/gsn8zQ and his past of taking a pinksheet stock to the NYSE as well as his privately held companies one of which almost got acquired by MGRN a year and a half ago

but i believe Jim Farooquee the new CEO wanted his own publicly traded ccompany to turn into a holding company as he's also been doing real estate for many yrs. 40 million float and its only beginning...
