Only because you CAN'T sell at any price over .0000
Try to sell some at .0001, nobody buys. Even though most (if not all) of us would take a loss (of at least the broker fees) at that price.

I suppose if I offered smaller lot sizes, some of mine might have sold at .0001. But it doesn't make sense to pay the broker fees on trades of less than 1,000,000 at that price, and I am trying to AON at 10,000,000 share lots... no luck... can't sell this turkey. Oh well, at least we have the entertainment value...

Good luck to all, maybe if oil goes up to about $1000/bbl...
