That's a rather unusual take. I think a company should be applauded for utilizing any responsible media, advertising or promotional means available to attract new investors and get word out to more people about the particular investment opportunity. "Responsible" meaning not one of those paid-for internet pump pieces.
If I had the choice of having a positive story air on TV about Silver Falcon versus NOT having a positive story air on TV about Silver falcon, I think 10 times out of 10, shareholders will choose to air the story. Any distortion of that simple fact is just plain silly.
