This stock reminds of when I found QSGI*

A little research demonstrates the Shneidman's own the following public Co on the Tel Aviv SM that actively trades at $150 per share and the principals of Adgar Investments are the same folks here, they acquired SDAD to have a gateway to the American markets!!! SDAD has the exact same business model as Adgar, hmmmmm!
