thanks, I couldn't find any stock ticker info for them so I assumed otherwise...VTSI didn't note in their annual report that the company was a subsidiary


this article notes that it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arotech

guess they weren't referring to this company's stock price when putting forth their arguments
