And one other point--Mr Watson could have just said---Screw it--this is not worth the pain, time , or effort and just filed Bankruptcy and be done with it---and before he did that he could have sucked every drop...but he didnt..he DEFERRED his salary and is trying to create a merger to give his shareholders and all parties some value...apparently that is a point not understood by some posts content
