It is going down because there is no strong bid. It can go .0001 if there is no strong bid. However it can go .01 if we make a strong bid. What happened I think Thursday: First time a less than million shares bid has broken but in the meantime second time again @ .0005 bid didn't break. It depends on the bid too. It doesn't mean only the dilution is a reason to downfall. New issued shares are restricted as per SEC 144 RULE. We have only 1B share total. We can move up with these shares. But we can't move from .0004 to .01 straight. It will go up and down. that's is the way to go up. If it goes from .0004 to .002 in the next week and come back down .001 then we can't claim it is a dilution. UP and down is the nature of penny stock. If we understand this nature of penny stock then we can move other wise we will be confused and majority on the board will be confused. Confusion is more dangerous than dilution and R/S.
