They can't dilute the new A/S 1B shares because of SEC RULE 144 for one year. So we don't have any dilution fear in one year regarding new issued 1B sahre. However. A/S 2B shares but we are dealing with only 1B shares. 1B is nothing to move this stock to penny. Try to understand the SEC RULE 144. Here is again I am providing you the SEC RULE 144 LINK
