Always better to err on the side of caution. I would be happy with anything over 20. However, I would not use lovaza or marine to factor anchor TG data. Lovaza, slightly better in TG. Marine, much higher baseline. The japanese studies are a much better example and there is a ton of EPA data out there from smaller studies. TG efficacy does not taper off the way some seem to think. There seems to be a minimum benefit.
