It's the Attention Factor.

I trained recruits for three years, and I was a Water Survival Instructor. Complacent is what causes most of the problems in the training. For me to become one of the Water Survival Instructors I went through a stressful program, some of it was painful, scary and I still believe I drank 1/3 of the pool. The biggest person could rap me up in the pool and I would not panic, because of the training I was put through, and I would gently place their hand on the pool side to secure their safety.
Our special Forces do not go through Day Camp to be the Best of the Best.
IMO The Theat Belt Will Save Lives... It will make all more aware of their surroundings, and assist in removing the Complacent Factor that comes over those that have been Zapped a few times. Most of those that do get stung will go back for more, we all like to win, if not, at-least let me get better.
