I actually see fact checkers seeing that DMXC was delisted based on previous shells. The fact checkers would then see that DMXC got audited and relisted and kept shareholders whole. It would also demonstrate to the fact checkers that DMXC is a legit company that went through a very difficult time but pulled through. Alex has to be careful with the updates and thus it sounds like legal is reviewing the corporate updates before release.

To say he is imcompetent is not fair. Like he knew that the SEC was going to go after DMXC for what a company (4 companies ago, in fact) did was going to impact DMXC. Like he was suppose to know ahead of time what was required for him to get relisted. People said this would be a long road back to being relisted. It will happen, it just takes time.

BTW, maybe the reason for the lack of Obama bumper stickers is that the ones that voted for him utilized the cash for clunkers program. thus, they don't own the "old" automobiles with his bumper stickers on them thanks to the tax payers. :)
