Here's what I got from a call to the IR person on 4/21/05.
OS 850mm float 450mm
They have minimal revenues coming in now but have no problem with cash. They are fully funded by two private investors in the medical field.

They are negotiating with 4 to 6 major chains. Walgreens is not a trial marketing program like CVS was. The products will hit Walgreen stores in mid May. CVS carries the product mainly through their website.

There has been no talk of a reverse split in the last 45 days. There is no court date for the GSK case, but they don't seem worried about it. Addtional ad campaigns later in the year.

I'm long on NCDP, not a scalp.
