Kindly explain why you contend the DATA PLAY resussitation is doomed to fail,(technically speaking), if some one like Universal, (one of their major backers), bought it, and then decided to come out with DATA PLAY UNITS having the MOS key that would allow down loading from a Universal site?...
My understanding has been that some one would pay $10 dollars or so, and buy a data play disc which had a CD on it, lets say by Britiny Spear. After that, if they wanted to down load more
songs from the Universal Site, they would give a credit card number and MOS would help open a gate for them to down load the paricular song for which they paid, and no more...
Explain, where is the weekness in this path, and how it can be compromised...
