Whoever is interested in reinvigorating
DataPlay will stay away from applications that require encryption, IMO. The risks of being hacked are too great, content providers, ESPECIALLY Vivendi, have shown a marked reticence to release in the DP format and other options are so lucrative (e.g cameras) that anything other than simple storage of data seems overly ambitious and doomed to fail once again.
