No you are not wrong at all in any of that. And I very much appreciate your opinion and I thank you for sharing it. But it just seems like you are trying so hard to sell it. I can understand why I might be tempted to try hard to sell my opinions because I make a profit if the price goes up. What I do not understand is what you get if the price goes down. Please forgive me if I am offensive. I am just trying to learn.
