But Neely hold 51% of the company.Which means he holds 15 billion shares out of 30 billion AS and one preferd share.Which is good enough for him.22-15=7 billion. If it is really over 9 billion shorted then we have a chance.Shorter need to watch out.I would like to see Neely come forward and retire all his 15billion(restected)+ 8 billion unused = 23 billion shares.
