$200 million to a market cap of 2.2 billion = 10% of the company

4.5 million shares with only 44. million shares = 10%


If volume was 4.5 million yesterday how high would you expect the SP to go.

So someone bought into IDCC for 10% and IDCC didn't give up control of anything.
