There was a biotech stock that was trading under a penny last year that made a big move higher when the FDA surprisingly approved their drug and they received a big investment from a brand name pharma company. It litteraly went to dollars overnight and then continued to trade higher from there. Check out some of the high fliers on I-Hub. Some were trading for the single pennies or sometimes sub-penny levels.

I don't want to get ahead of ourselves. I want to see $8 Million in revs from RTGV this year before I can seriously consider $50 Million. Even from 8 to 50 is a rather large percentage jump. If they are growing like that, then this company has a bright future and the stock will certainly respond, as it's on its way to a higher exchange.
