Really now. Lets take a good hard look at what has happened with this company.
About the ONLY good things I see is that Clark/Estrella have starightened out the SEC mess, got this company back up to date in its financial reporting and made some PERSONAL investment into it.
THAT'S IT.
As far as the BAD? They have strung along their investors for (AT LEAST) MONTHS (If not a YEAR) in regards to the TWO things that everyone here was counting on...the STS airship and Kroeplin.
They started negotiating with Kroeplin ant the END OF THE 4th QUARTER in regards to the future of their relationship and that of the STS airship. That is according to verbage in the latest 10K. It's there. Look for it. So...they knew at least three MONTHS ago that the STS-111 wasn't a viable option and just didn't do what they needed it to do.
So in a nutshell, the ONE THING they had to entice investors is GONE and they're now enticing them with a BRAND NEW AIRSHIP. an UNPROVEN DESIGN.
Now, add all the balance sheet bad news....the soon to be bloated authorized sharebase...
I'd say the more than a few of the longs here are AT LEAST as "one side binded" as some of the opposing view posters.
I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
