I love to investigate these little penny plays. I have so much fun digging around in them and I've had great success to date. I will do a complete post on the Nitro Capital deal. Ya know at first I totally discounted the announcement as so many of Wilmot's other PR's... I then started to dig and make phone calls to my old Wall St. friends to inlist their help. This company (NITRO) went public on Feb14th of 2011. The share price converted to US Dollars is 2.88 per share. The trading on the stock is currently suspended (locked down). There has not been one share publicly traded yet,as far as I can tell. I have my thoughts on what is going on here, but I need a little time to venture a solid guess... EGOH is issuing shares to pay debt. When will it stop? I don't know and if I'm right about what the future plan is ...I don't care! Do ya smell what Wilmot is cook'in?? I think I do and if I'm right... I like it and I like it a lot!!
