The OTC.BB is owned by the NASDAQ and regulated by FINRA. So all prior mention of the NASDAQ OTC>BB are fine. Moving forward they need to simply state they trade on the OTC:QB

I am glad you brought up the subject today. We should no loner place NASDAQ next to our trading exchange anywhere
