Mr. Fronk,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me this evening.

I appreciate the kind words and can assure you that I am building a quality company for the long term benefit of our shareholders.

I am excited about the continued growth of our title company and the progress we are making on the National front. I am equally excited about the Smart Phone App that should be approved any day now and the exposure that it will have as a marketing tool. We will continue to improve our operations through organic growth as well as the continued addition of proper staff with a following of business.

We have added some fantastic companies to our portfolio and intend to continue expansion with the goal of profits in mind. All companies that we add, must be revenue producing, profitable and scaleable. They should also provide an opportunity for exponential growth as measured by profits. We are creating the opportunity for much larger economies of scale as well as cross marketing and cross collaboration of products and services.

With profitability and continued expansion, shareholder value should follow. We are new to the public arena and have taken quite a beating. We have only been trading for 11 months now and for lack of better terms, Rome was not built in a day.

I will continue to work tirelessly.
