You weren't the first person to inquire about ADMH. Our atty says it will stay delisted until ADMH files financials and a narrative, similar to what we did with UNDR. In the past when anyone asked me about ADMH, I told them basically to let that company alone until we work thru the problem with NIR, which had instituted a lawsuit against the company less than a year ago and so far it is looking quite good...against NIR (from what I am told by Herbert and Steven). Only when NIR has been fully "put-to-bed" will we be able to figure out how to bring the shareholders in ADMH into UNDR, but until that happens, it is best to just let it lie! We firmly believe NIR sued ADMH as a means to scare ADMH into a so-called black hole from which it would cease to exist and they never expected Herbert to counter-sue NIR, which he did and it is going quite well. Previously...agreements were signed by Leeming stating there were to be "no shorts" in shares of ADMH given to NIR, but NIR repeatedly shorted the hell out of the stock causing extensive damage to the shares and brought them way down...which, I am told, can be proven beyond any shadow of doubt.

Additionally, NIR is now in a bind; the judge has asked them to bring documents to court and if they do, it will prove they were not supposed to short the shares, which will cause them to lose the case. On the other hand, if they don't show up with the documents, they default and, obviously, lose the case anyway. So they are going to be (we hope) royally screwed...and will deserve it at the highest level.
