A hypothetical issue at best. Allow me to reciprocate.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. TITL is a company that has the power to act across the country on behalf of Old Republic International Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, IL. with Annual Sales (Estimated) 3,237,700,000 and Employees (Estimated) 5,600 as an independent agency to provide Title Insurance herein.

Therefore, they are separate from and subcontracted to ORIC to perform aforementioned service. Furthermore, they being separate from do so have the ability to act as an independent, and in doing so may grow or divide its own entity as they wish, and included may sell or merge as they wish.

If I'm correct with that being said, I fully believe this company has the intention to gather the wherewithall to grow into the Conglomerate it has declared.

I shall remain LONG with this company.
