Thank you for the two articles. I agree that we better hurry up and find less expensive ways to produce electricity with the huge potential needs of having to plug-in to recharge our electric cars! I just got around to reading my hard copy of the March 28th
edition of Time and there is an article titled: Why No Nukes? The Real Cost of U.S. Nuclear Power on pages 39-41. I think the link below is to that article in case you do not subscribe to Time. It includes the statement "President Obama has defended atomic energy as a carbon-free source of power, resisting calls to halt the renaissance and freeze construction of the U.S.'s new reactors in over three decades..." which gives me the impression that they think he fully supports this industry.
