yeah I would beg to differ on prisonblock not taking off. It went from 0 revenue added to the bottom line, to 26,576 in Q1 and an additional $48,905 deferred. What happens if prisonblock gets 500k users, 1M users? Lately the growth line has been flat, I suspect that have toned down their advertising a bit until they roll out some new updates.

From the filings...

The nature of our business dictates that we defer certain revenues streams. For example, in the Prison Block game, users are able to purchase “respect” in varying times frames, from 30 to 90 days. As a result, we defer revenue for any unearned portion of the unused time period. This holds true across the range of our web portfolio. Deferred revenue as of December 31, 2010 and September 30, 2009 were $48,905 and $10,224, respectively.

Most notably, our online gaming division began to generate material revenues (26,576 Q1, $48,905 deferred in addition) during the most recent quarter ended December 31, 2010, as opposed to none in any prior period. These revenues are related principally to users purchasing in-game boosts and other items. Our management is hopeful that as the user bases of these games grow, we will see a corresponding increase in online gaming revenue. However, this revenue source is relatively new and has only recently begun to contribute materially to our operations and we are unable to forecast prospects for our online games.

GO HOKIES!!!
